The Floor Care Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial flooring. This position requires operating floor care equipment, following safety procedures, and ensuring high-quality results in various facilities. Candidates should have prior floor care experience and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
- Starting Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: Las Vegas, NV 89118
- Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (night shift)
Responsibilities:
- Scrub, wax, and burnish commercial floors to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor maintenance services
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks during overnight shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Floor care experience (1 year preferred)
- Night shift availability (required)
